Limited warranty statement for LCD/TFT monitors
1. Warranty Terms
The monitor is guaranteed Three years for parts and labor. (1 year on-site, 2 years send-in) This guarantee starts from the day of purchase, therefore we kindly ask you to retain your proof of purchase and submit the online warranty application form.
* Complete the warranty claim form online after purchase, incomplete forms will not be processed
The guarantee includes an on site replacement service *for countries listed.
* For other countries, please consult your local dealer.
In order to validate your guarantee claim, please provide the proof of purchase with the monitor. If the proof of purchase or the copy is not present, the guarantee will be limited to three years from product’s manufacturing date instead of purchase date.
2. Exclusions from guarantee:
The following will not be covered by the guarantee:
- Misuse in anyway
- Neglect
- Improper maintenance or installation
- Mechanical damage
- Adjustment or repair by an unauthorized source
- Repair and/or modification by any other party than the Authorized service center
- Damage caused by violence (humidity, dust, power surges or other irregularities)
- Improper environment
- Transport damage, including transport damage to the repair center due to improper packaging.
- Damage to the monitor, caused by exposure to magnetic fields, mechanical stress, scratches
- Wear to the picture tube and glass breakage
* Neither the manufacturer nor the Authorized service center is liable for loss of income, orders or time due to product failure.
* The liability of the manufacturer or the Authorized service center is limited to the costs of the repair and/or replacement of the product.
3. Excluded from on site replacement services are products in any of the following categories:
- The unit marked with indelible devices
- The unit is security attached, in any way that has caused damage to the housing
- Any damage to the housing
4. Pixel warranty
All monitors are manufactured to the internationally accepted ISO13406-2 standard and do fit class II of this standard, under this standard 4 always lit/dark sub-pixels are allowed.
* Monitors with less than 5 defect pixels will not be considered defect.
5. Steps for Warranty Remedy
In case you experience problems with your product, please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth warranty transaction:
1. Determine the exact failure
2. Consult the manual and or web site to see whether the problem can be solved from our online FAQ section.
3. Determine whether this failure is covered by Yuraku’s limited warranty
4. Contact your nearest service centre and arrange the warranty transaction with you
5. Please remove all old shipping label in order to avoid mis-shipment
6. Make sure that the product is packed in good packaging, ideally in it’s
original packaging (Only the original packaging is designed to protect the product sufficiently for transport).
Damage caused during transport due to inproper packaging is on account of the owner/user of the product. All other accessories like VGA cables, power cables, driver CDs, user manuals should
NOT be included with the returned product.
7. Please enclose following paper work (Completed warranty card & Copy of the proof of purchase) along with the faulty unit.
* This exclusive Warranty service is only available to product’s owner and non-transferrable.

This YURAKU product is warranted for the period of twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase, against defective materials and workmanship. In the event that warranty service is required, you should return the product to the retailer from whom it was purchased, or contact our Customer Care Centre available.

2. Warranty Conditions
- The warranty is only valid if, when warranty service is required, the warranty card is fully and properly completed and is presented with the original invoice or sales slip or confirmation, and the serial number on the product has not been defaced. And YURAKU’s obligations are limited to the repair or, at its discretion, replacement of the product or the defective part.
- Warranty repairs must be carried out by Authorized YURAKU Dealers or Authorized Service Centres. No re-imbursement will be made for repairs carried out by non YURAKU Dealers and, any such repair work and damage to the products caused by such repair work will not be covered by this warranty.
- This warranty covers non of the following:
- Periodic check ups, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to
normal wear and tear.
- Cost relating to transport, removal or installation of the product.
- Misuse, including the failure to use this product for its normal purposes or incorrect installation.
- Damage caused by Lightning, Water, Fire, Acts of God, War, Public Disturbances, incorrect mains voltage, improper ventilation or any other cause beyond the control of YURAKU.
- The consumer’s statutory rights in any applicable national legislation whether against the retailer arising from the purchase contract or otherwise are not affected by this warranty. Unless there is national legislation to the contrary, the rights under this warranty are the consumers sole rights and Hyundai, its subsidiaries and distributors shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or any damage to records, compact discs, videos or audio taper or any other related equipment or material.
* IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT
YOUR PRODUCT CAME IN, BE KEPT FOR FUTURE SAFE TRANSPORTATION.
